While you still are pulling through and keeping motivated, taking on new leadership roles can be can be hard. You may be experiencing stress, doubt, or isolation. You may feel stuck or unhappy in your role. Substances may have been an outlet, but they can only take you so far before they become a problem. You are not alone. Many leaders have similar problems, and are struggling to find their compass.

In our leadership oriented counseling, we will start with a structured approach. I will provide a basic assessment of the roadblocks and the background around what is happening for you, and then we will collaborate on building a treatment plan to address what is going on: where are you struggling as leader? where are you struggling as human being? I will integrate various evidence based practice to support you in finding those paths forward - increase your confidence, your self-care, and your abilities to manage the stressors and human implications of leading a team.
