Leadership counseling

In our leadership oriented counseling, we will start with a structured approach. I will provide a basic assessment of the roadblocks and the background around what is happening for you, and then we will collaborate on building a treatment plan to address what is going on: where are you struggling as leader? where are you struggling as human being? I will integrate various evidence based practice to support you in finding those paths forward - increase your confidence, your self-care, and your abilities to manage the stressors and human implications of leading a team.

What can  I get out of therapy?

  • Lead with confidence. Therapy can help you overcome self-doubt, impostor syndrome, and fear of failure that may hold you back from reaching your full potential.

  • Manage stress effectively. Therapy can teach you coping skills, relaxation techniques, and mindfulness practices that can reduce your stress levels and improve your well-being.

  • Communicate clearly and assertively. Therapy can help you develop your emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills, and assertiveness that can enhance your communication with your team, peers, and superiors.

  • Resolve conflicts constructively. Therapy can help you understand different perspectives, empathize with others, and negotiate win-win solutions that can foster positive relationships and collaboration.

  • Embrace change and growth. Therapy can help you adapt to changing circumstances, cope with uncertainty, and embrace feedback and learning opportunities that can help you grow as a leader.
