The most pivotal part of therapy tends to be the relationship between the counselor and the client, so the emphasis of our first sessions will be in making sure we are able to build that trusting relationship with each other.

Ultimately in our therapy sessions we can do a variety of things: some structured, some less so, based on your unique needs. The issues that brought you into counseling in the first place will be the primary focus of what we will work on together.
